NOTICE OF ADOPTION

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On February 11, 2022, the Department of Public Health and Human Services published MAR Notice No. 37-973 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed adoption of the above-stated rules at page 209 of the 2022 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 3.

 

2. The department has adopted the above-stated rules as proposed:  New Rules I (37.47.308), II (37.47.309), and III (37.47.310).

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.

 

           4. These rule adoptions are effective April 30, 2022.
