NOTICE OF AMENDMENT, ADOPTION, AND REPEAL

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

            1. On May 13, 2022, the Board of Nursing (board) published MAR Notice No. 24-159-92 regarding the public hearing on the proposed amendment, adoption, and repeal of the above-stated rules, at page 658 of the 2022 Montana Administrative Register, Issue No. 9.

 

            2. On June 3, 2022, a public hearing was held on the proposed amendment, adoption, and repeal of the above-stated rules via the videoconference and telephonic platform. No comments were received by the June 10, 2022, deadline.

 

            3. The board has amended ARM 24.159.910, 24.159.911, and 24.159.1412 exactly as proposed.

 

 4. The board has adopted NEW RULE I (24.159.420) and NEW RULE II (24.159.422) exactly as proposed.

 

 5. The board has repealed ARM 24.159.406, 24.159.410, 24.159.416, 24.159.903, 24.159.1003, 24.159.1022, 24.159.1024, 24.159.1028, 24.159.1029, 24.159.1037, 24.159.1041, 24.159.1052, 24.159.1053, 24.159.1203, 24.159.1222, 24.159.1224, 24.159.1228, 24.159.1229, 24.159.1237, 24.159.1241, 24.159.1252, 24.159.1253, 24.159.1403, 24.159.1427, 24.159.1431, 24.159.1443, and 24.159.1601 exactly as proposed.
