NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

 

TO: All Interested Persons

 

 

1. On February 14, 2008, the Department of Public Health and Human Services published MAR Notice No. 37-428 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule, at page 301 of the 2008 Montana Administrative Register, issue number 3.

 

 

2. The department has amended ARM 37.108.507 as proposed.

 

 

3. No comments or testimony were received.
