1. On December 9, 2022, the Commissioner of Political Practices published MAR Notice No. 44-2-263 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 2264 of the 2022 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 23.

 

2. The commissioner has amended the above-stated rule as proposed.

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.
