1. On February 24, 2023, the Department of Justice published MAR Notice No. 23-4-267 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 168 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 4.

 

2. The department has amended the above-stated rules as proposed.
