NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

            1. On February 24, 2023, the Public Safety Officers Standards and Training (POST) Council published MAR Notice No. 23-13-269 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 174 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 4.

 

2. The POST Council has amended the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.
