NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On September 8, 2017, the Secretary of State published MAR Notice No. 44-2-228 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 1506 of the 2017 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 17.

 

2. The Secretary of State has amended the above-stated rule as proposed.

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.
