TO:  All Concerned Persons

 

1.  On June 26, 2020, the Department of Administration published MAR Notice No. 2-59-600 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 1039 of the 2020 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 12.

 

2. No comments were received.

           

3.  The department has amended ARM 2.59.104 exactly as proposed.
