(1) The department of public health and human services, for purposes of establishing departmental rulemaking procedures, adopts and incorporates by reference attorney general's model procedural rules 1 through 7 found in ARM 1.3.102 through 1.3.210, except for the attorney general's sample rule notice forms. (2) The department utilizes its own rule notice forms which meet all Montana Administrative Procedure Act (MAPA) requirements.
