(1) The CACFP shall be administered in accordance with the requirements of federal law governing the Child and Adult Care Food Program as set forth in Title 7 CFR part 226 (2005), which regulates all state child and adult care food programs. Title 7 CFR part 226 (2005) is adopted and incorporated as a part of these rules.
