42.20.307 VALUATION OF ELIGIBLE MINING CLAIM LAND (1) All land contained in an eligible mining claim except that land described in ARM 42.20.305 shall be valued as class three grazing land. The appropriate grazing land productivity and valuation determination will be based on the statewide average productivity value of grazing land.
