6.6.1002 SCOPE (1) These rules shall apply to: (a) all life insurance policy forms delivered or issued for delivery, marketed, or designated as intended for use in this state as funeral insurance; (b) any solicitation, negotiation, or sale of funeral insurance occurring within this state; (c) reporting by funeral insurance issuers; and (d) the licensing of specialized funeral insurance producers.
