24.182.516    PROCESS SERVER

(1) In addition to the requirements of 25-1-1102 and 37-60-303, MCA, each process server applicant must have:

(a) passed a written examination per ARM 24.182.505; and 

(b) a surety bond per ARM 24.182.405.
