37.47.617 CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT REPORTS DETERMINED AS SUBSTANTIATED PRIOR TO JANUARY 1, 2021 (1) Any child abuse or neglect report or investigation that was determined by the department as substantiated prior to January 1, 2021, may be disclosed to the appropriate persons or entities pursuant to 41-3-205, MCA. (2) No hearing is available for child abuse or neglect reports that are not determined as substantiated.
