17.84.130    APPLICATIONS AND RESULTS PUBLIC

(1) Applications submitted to the department under the Act and these rules are subject to public review.   The applicant waives any claim of confidentiality by filing an application with the department.

(2) The results of all projects that are funded shall be made public.
