(1) No alcoholic beverages license shall be issued to a Montana corporation unless the following requirements are met:

(a) The corporation was organized and has existed as a Montana corporation or has been authorized to do business in Montana prior to making application for an alcoholic beverages license; and

(b) The corporate application must be accompanied by a copy of the corporation's certificate of incorporation or certificate of good standing issued within the last six months by the Montana secretary of state.
