42.4.3302    STATE CERTIFICATION

(1) At the time the Department of Commerce certifies the production, pursuant to 15-31-904 , MCA, and provides a copy of the state certification to the production company, the Department of Commerce shall provide the Department of Revenue with a copy of the application and the state certification.
