42.4.4103    ELECTRICAL GENERATION AND TRANSMISSION FACILITY – REPORTING

(1) The material specified in ARM 42.4.4102 must be sent to the Department of Revenue, P.O. Box 5805, Helena, Montana 59604-5805, on or before March 31 of the year for which the exemption, reduced tax rate, or credit is sought.
