44.10.507    TRANSFER OF CONTRIBUTION TO CAMPAIGN TREASURER

(1) Any candidate or agent of any candidate or political committee who receives a contribution on behalf of a candidate or political committee shall, before the end of the fifth day, transfer it to the campaign treasurer with full disclosure of the source, as required by 13-37-229, MCA, and ARM 44.10.519(2) and 44.10.505.
