44.9.301    PROCEDURES FOR VOTING IN PERSON

(1) In certain instances where the mail ballot election option is being used, some electors may vote in person at a designated location.

These instances may include:

(a) voting by an elector who will be absent from his place of residence during the conduct of the election;

(b) voting by nonregistered but otherwise qualified electors; and

(c) electors requesting a replacement ballot.

(2) Any elector voting in person shall proceed as provided in section 16 of the Act.
