6.6.1610    THE COMMISSIONER SHALL COLLECT IN ADVANCE THE FEES FOR A PUBLIC ADJUSTER'S LICENSE

(1) The commissioner shall collect in advance the fees as for an adjuster's license listed in 33-2-708 , MCA.
