24.147.2304    UNLAWFUL PRACTICE

(1) It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, corporation or association who has not been licensed as specified in this act to transact, practice or hold himself or itself out as transacting or practicing funeral service, or operating or maintaining a funeral establishment within this state.
