24.159.1246    SUPERVISION OF PROBATIONARY LICENSEES

(1) Any registered nurse working pursuant to a probationary license must work under the direct supervision of another nurse or physician. The supervisor for an RN on probation must be an RN, APRN, or physician with a current, unencumbered license.
