24.159.1436    SUPERVISION OF PROBATIONARY LICENSEES

(1) Any APRN working pursuant to a probationary license must work under the direct supervision of another nurse or physician. The supervisor for an APRN on probation must be an APRN or a physician with a current, unencumbered license.
