(1) In addition to the definition of "timeshare broker" contained in 37-53-102 (15) , MCA, "timeshare broker" shall mean a timeshare licensee designated by a developer to supervise a sales staff.

(2) Except as provided in ARM 24.210.1003 applications for licensure as a timeshare broker shall be made on a completed form provided by the board accompanied by satisfactory proof of successful completion of an approved course of education and examination, a personal disclosure statement, and payment of the required fee.
