24.210.621    NONRESIDENT LICENSE -- SALESPERSON AND BROKER

(1) In addition to all other requirements, examination shall be required of all nonresident license applicants, except as may be allowed under reciprocity.

(2) Nonresident salespersons must be under the supervision of licensed resident real estate brokers or accompanied by and under the supervision of licensed nonresident real estate brokers while conducting activities in this state.
