24.26.102    BOARD MEETINGS, QUORUM

(1) The Board of Personnel Appeals shall meet upon the call of the chairman or at the written request of three members at a time and place designated by the chairman or members calling the meeting.

(2) A majority of the membership, provided that the chairperson is present, constitutes a quorum to do business. In all proceedings before the board, a favorable vote of at least a majority of a quorum is sufficient to adopt any resolution, motion, or other decision.

(3) The board shall select a member or an agent to act as administrator of the board.
