24.7.312    EVIDENCE

(1) The Board will admit relevant evidence at its hearings if it is the type of evidence on which responsible persons are accustomed to rely in the conduct of serious affairs.

(2) During the hearing each party shall have the right to call and examine parties and witnesses; to introduce exhibits; to question opposing parties and witnesses on any matter relevant to the issues even though that matter was not covered in the direct examination; to impeach any witness; and to offer rebuttal evidence.
