24.9.414    INCORPORATION OF OTHER RULES BY REFERENCE

(1) To the extent these rules may not provide for procedures for petitions for declaratory rulings, the commission or the hearing examiner may apply ARM 24.9.301 through 24.9.331, applicable to contested case hearings.
