37.34.980    MEDICAID HOME AND COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM: MEAL SERVICES, DEFINITIONS

(1) Meal services provide hot or other appropriate meals once or more a day, up to 7 days a week, to ensure that a recipient receives adequate nourishment and to prevent institutional placement.
