(1) Occupational therapy must meet the requirements for occupational therapy services required by ARM 46.12.546, except that under the medicaid home and community services program:

(a) maintenance therapy is reimbursable;

(i) there is not a limitation on visits for maintenance therapy;

(b) training for persons providing direct care is reimbursable; and

(c) participation in the interdisciplinary team planning process is reimbursable.
