38.3.2406    APPLICATION OF I.C.C. TARIFF RULES

(1) Except as otherwise provided herein, the Commission adopts rules and regulations promulgated by the interstate Commerce Commission for filing of tariffs.

(2) Tariffs, time schedules and revisions thereof, which meet the requirements of the Interstate Commerce Commission, shall be considered in compliance for filing with this Commission.
