42.4.1607    COMPLIANCE WITH CERTAIN STATUTES REQUIRED

(1) A new or expanding corporation which fails to comply with the provisions of Title 15, chapter 31, MCA, as amended, and Title 35, chapter 1, MCA, as amended, during the period of eligibility shall lose its eligibility to claim credit under 15-31-124 through 15-31-127 , MCA.
