24.301.205    CERTIFICATION OF CODE ENFORCEMENT PROGRAMS

(1) A city, county, or town shall submit the equivalent of an annual report to support a request for certification of a new code enforcement program. Certification of the proposed code enforcement program shall be effective upon the department's written determination that the city, county, or town's proposal would be in compliance with applicable statutes and rules.
