17.24.763    COAL CONSERVATION

(1) Strip or underground mining operations must be conducted to prevent failure to conserve coal, utilizing the best technology currently available to maintain environmental integrity. The operator shall adhere to the approved coal conservation plan required in ARM 17.24.322.
