6.6.6806    INSURANCE MANAGERS AND INTERMEDIARIES

(1) No person shall, within the state of Montana, act as a manager, broker, agent, salesperson, or reinsurance intermediary for a company without the authorization of the commissioner. Application for such authorization must be in the form prescribed by the commissioner.
