1.3.231 MODEL RULE 26 GENERAL PROVISIONS, REPRESENTATION (1) Section 2-4-105 , MCA affords any person appearing before the agency the right to be accompanied, represented and advised by counsel. The agency should advise a party to a contested case of his right to counsel.
