17.38.206    MAXIMUM RADIOLOGICAL CONTAMINANT

(1) The board hereby adopts and incorporates by reference 40 CFR 141.15, 141.16, and 141.66(b) , (c) , (d) , (e) , and (f) , which set forth maximum contaminant levels for radiological contaminants.
