17.38.239 PUBLIC NOTIFICATION FOR COMMUNITY AND NON-COMMUNITY SUPPLIES (1) The board hereby adopts and incorporates by reference 40 CFR Part 141, subpart Q, which sets forth public notification requirements for drinking water violations. (2) The board hereby adopts and incorporates by reference 40 CFR Part 141, Subpart O, which sets forth requirements for consumer confidence reports.
