17.38.271    DEPARTMENT RECORDKEEPING

(1) The department shall maintain records regarding its public water supply program and make reports to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency concerning its program in a manner that is consistent with requirements set forth in 40 CFR 142.14 and 142.15.

(2) The department hereby adopts and incorporates by reference 40 CFR 142.14 and 142.15, which describe recordkeeping and reporting requirements for state drinking water programs. Copies may be obtained by contacting the Department of Environmental Quality, P.O. Box 200901, Helena, MT 59620-0901, (406) 444-2406.
