6.6.5216    TIMELINE FOR AUDITS OF THE BOARD

(1) The commissioner shall conduct an audit of the financial transactions of the board no later than May 31, 2006, and at least annually thereafter, on or before May 31, 2006.

(2) The commissioner may conduct audits more frequently.
