23.16.406    TEMPORARY DEALER LICENSE

(1) A temporary dealer license obtained by an applicant pursuant to these rules is valid only when attached to a receipt for certified mail which has been postmarked by the United States Postal Service at the time the application for dealer license is sent to the department.

(2) A temporary dealer license is valid for no more than 90 days.
