37.106.1901    MENTAL HEALTH CENTER: APPLICATION OF OTHER RULES

(1) To the extent that other licensure rules in ARM Title 37, chapter 106, subchapters 3, 4, 6, 10, 11, 14, 15, 22 and 23 conflict with the terms of this subchapter, the terms of this subchapter will apply to mental health centers.
