10.16.3515    SCOPE AND LIMITATION OF DISCOVERY

(1) Unless otherwise limited by order of the impartial hearing officer, the scope and limitation of discovery shall be as set forth in Montana Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 26 found in Title 25, chapter 20, MCA, except that answers to written discovery requests shall be served on the other party within 20 days after service of the request.
