24.138.518 RENEWALS (1) Renewal notices will be sent as specified in ARM 24.101.414. (2) Licensees shall: (a) renew their licenses by the date stated in ARM 24.101.413; (b) submit a renewal form and fee, and the late penalty fee as specified in ARM 24.101.403, if applicable; (c) affirm completion of the appropriate continuing education required; and (d) submit a completed affirmation statement and the expiration date of the active licensees' current CPR, ACLS, or PALS card.
(3) The provisions of ARM 24.101.408 apply.
