Administrative Rules of the State of Montana

(1) APRN license renewal is concurrent with RN license renewal. Renewal notices will be sent as specified by ARM 24.101.414. The licensee shall submit the renewal application by the date set by ARM 24.101.413, together with the renewal fee. The renewal application includes affirmation that:

(a) all continuing education requirements have been met during the renewal period; and

(b) the quality assurance plan has been followed and peer review has occurred on a quarterly basis during the renewal period.

(2) If the APRN renewal application is submitted on-line or postmarked after the renewal deadline, the applicant is subject to the late penalty fee specified in ARM 24.101.403.

(3) The provisions of ARM 24.101.408 apply for APRN license renewal, lapse, termination, and expiration.
