17.38.209    GROUND WATER UNDER THE DIRECT INFLUENCE OF SURFACE WATER DETERMINATIONS

(1) The board adopts and incorporates by reference the Department of Environmental Quality Circular PWS-5, Ground Water Under the Direct Influence of Surface Water, 2008 edition, which sets forth the standards for making ground water under the direct influence of surface water determinations.
