24.181.605    REQUIRED PERSONNEL SCREENING

(1) Each program shall submit a background check for the program manager and each worker affiliated with the program that has or will have direct access to program participants.

(2) Consistent with 37-48-108, MCA, the background investigation will include a set of fingerprints for a fingerprint check by the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
