24.181.810    FOOD SERVICE

(1) Each residential program kitchen shall have clean, safe, and operational equipment for the preparation, storage, serving, and cleanup of all meals.

(2) Each residential program shall have written safety and health policy and procedures for preparation of food by staff and program participants.
