24.156.605    TEMPORARY LICENSE

(1) Temporary licenses are entirely within the discretion of the board. The application, examination and information furnished by the applicant will be carefully scrutinized to determine whether the applicant is qualified for a temporary license.

(2) A temporary license must be reviewed and signed by one member of the board. The reviewing board member may require the applicant to attend an interview with the reviewing board member, the board or both, in the reviewing board member's discretion. A temporary license is valid until the next board meeting, at which time the board may extend it for a period up to one year.
